Hello! I’m Hayley Dowsing-Connolly, a passionate real estate agent known for my integrity, hard work, and a keen eye for detail. My mission? To turn the often stressful process of buying or selling a home into a smooth and enjoyable adventure for my clients!
Originally hailing from the scenic Southeast of England, I made the leap to the United States in my early twenties. My childhood was spent working on farms and in a florist shop, where I discovered my love for the great outdoors, flowers and plants. Whether I’m hiking the trails, soaking up the sun at the beach, or on an adventure with my family in our Airstream visiting National Parks, you’ll often find me embracing nature or hosting an open house. Fitness is also a big part of my life. I’ve proudly participated in Team in Training triathlons and marathons to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society from 2008 to 2012 raising over $20k for the organization. Currently, I remain active by riding my Peloton bike and play Pickleball at the local community center.
Before diving into the world of real estate, I spent 14 rewarding years as a family law paralegal. This experience gave me valuable insights into the real estate process, especially during those sensitive family transitions. My compassionate nature and professionalism have allowed me to forge strong bonds with clients, as I listen closely to their needs and go above and beyond to ensure they are met.
